Ideally, a child's first visit to the dentist is after the first teeth appear. Through our Infant Dental health Program, we offer consultations and preventive office visits for children as early as one year of age. For older children we try to establish a closer rapport with your child. We want to develop a relationship of trust and confidence. By meeting the emotional needs of the child first, and creating an atmosphere of fun we are able to provide a positive experience.
After the examination we will discuss with you all findings, suggested treatments and estimated costs. During the first visit, a thorough dental examination, including minimal diagnostic X-Rays, a careful cleaning, preventive therapy, and flouride treatment may be recommended.

We also provide all of our younger, new patients with special stuffed animals. Also, we offer prizes to all patients at the end of each and every visit.

We provide several different methods of payment. If you have any questions about paying for your dental treatments, please feel free to ask the receptionist.
Gingivitis is inflammation of the gums characterized by red, swollen and bleeding gums. It is a reversible condition associated with the build up and accumulation of plaque due to improper oral hygiene. Plaque is an irritant to the gums and causes inflammation. Other factors involved in gingivitis are poorly fitting appliances, mal-aligned teeth, mouth-breathing and overhanging margins of dental restorations. Gingivitis may lead to a more serious condition known as periodontitis. Please see your dentist to evaluate the health of your gums.
